We are hiring **Customer Support Associates** for our **US process**. This is a **blended role (Voice + Non-Voice)** where you will handle customer interactions across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy.
- Assist customers with product/service information and order-related support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery.

**Eligibility**:

- **Education**: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
- **Skills**: Fluent communication skills in English (verbal & written) are mandatory.
- **Work Environment: Comfortable with night shifts (US timings).**

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary: ₹27,000 - ₹35,000 per month**:

- **Additional: ₹5,000 Travel Allowance (TA)**:

- **Working Days: 5.5 days/week (as per US shift requirements)**:
