**GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and maintain Microsoft Group Policies for Windows 10/11 environments.
- Develop, implement, and manage Intune policies for device management.
- Lead the migration of Group Policies from on-premises to Intune cloud.
- Oversee browser management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement and manage Bitlocker encryption and MBAM for data security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Group Policies, Microsoft Intune policy management and migration from on-premises GPO to Intune cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience with browser management, Bitlocker, and MBAM.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
