**Job Title**: Telesales Executive - Automobile Industry
Location: Karve road
Experience - 6 Month To 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell vehicles, accessories, and related services (e.g., insurance, financing).
- Answer incoming calls from interested buyers and provide product details and promotional information.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and packages.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Schedule test drives or appointments with showroom representatives.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and showroom teams to follow up on leads.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, especially in the automotive industry, is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and financing options.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
