To sell products or services to customers over the phone. Their responsibilities include:

- **Communicating**: Sharing information about products or services, making recommendations, and highlighting special offers
- **Negotiating**: Negotiating prices and securing sales
- **Customer service**: Answering customer queries and handling complaints
- **Updating customer information**: Taking customer information and updating it in the database
- **Processing orders**: Taking and processing orders accurately
- **Meeting sales quotas**: Going the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
- **Keeping records**: Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
