As a Tele Sales Representative, you will prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and

market research to identify potential clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients,

understanding their communication needs and proposing tailored solutions. This role involves delivering

persuasive sales presentations, customizing service packages, negotiating pricing and contracts, and

closing sales. You will maintain accurate sales records using CRM software and report on sales

performance and market trends. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities is

essential. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless onboarding

process for new clients are also key responsibilities.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
