**Job Title**: Junior Legal Associate

**Location**: Bangalore

**What you'll be doing**:

- Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and manage documentation.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their legal concerns.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking and outreach initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service.
- Organize and manage meetings, deadlines, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and other essential details.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in a legal, sales, or client-facing role is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
