The duties of the Billing Coordinator are, but not limited to the following:

- Initiate billing on various product lines.
- Maintain the integrity of customer master data in the ERP and CRM systems.
- Work with the sales team, and accounting, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
- Maintain the integrity of customer master data in the ERP and CRM systems.
- Enter data into company CRM (Salesforce, Intacct, and Kimble - training will be provided)
- Coordinate with Sales and Engineering to resolve billing collection issues.
- Miscellaneous accounts receivable job duties

**What You Will Bring **To The Table**:

- 2+ years of related experience including sales operations, accounts receivable, and credit & collections.
- Experience in information technology services is highly desired.
- Advanced MS Excel
- Proficient in MS office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus
- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- A passion for process definition, documentation, and improvement is highly desired.
