**Job Description: Building Estimation & Costing Trainer (Part-time)**

**Position**: Building Estimation & Costing Trainer
**Employment Type**: Part-time
**Location**: Remote / In-person (Specify location if applicable)
**Working Hours**:

- Weekdays: 1 hour per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day

- 30 to 40 hours of syllabus completion

Construction / Training**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on Building Estimation and Costing concepts.
- Teach students about estimation techniques, material costing, labor costing, and other construction-related financial aspects.
- Use real-life examples to explain complex topics and enhance student understanding.
- Prepare and review training materials, including slides, assignments, and case studies.
- Provide guidance and support to students during and outside of class hours.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the construction industry and costing practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Building Estimation and Costing (preferably in construction or civil engineering).
- Strong teaching or training background, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Knowledge of current software tools used in building estimation and costing (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work within the given hours, including weekends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Building Estimation and Costing.
- Previous experience in teaching or training, especially in the construction domain.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
