**Job Advertisement: Kitchen Hand**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and washing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure the availability of clean and sanitized kitchen tools and work areas.
- Support the culinary team during service by plating and garnishing dishes as instructed.
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage techniques.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Follow instructions from the chefs and kitchen supervisors to fulfill daily tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.
- Help with basic food assembly and portioning.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items if necessary.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
