**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client or internal requirements for IT roles and create job postings.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels for further rounds.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Stay updated with current IT trends, technologies, and market salary benchmarks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- 1-5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and social networking sites.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with bulk IT hiring & niche tech positions.
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
