Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote our products in designated regions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer workshops.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Need to travel Pan India as required for field marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven communication in Hindi/Kannada.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
