**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the setup, administration, and optimization of the PMS software
- Create, update, and standardize maintenance job cards, checklists, and equipment hierarchies.
- Coordinate with technical superintendents, vessel crew, or maintenance teams to gather equipment data and maintenance schedules.
- Analyze maintenance trends and generate reports for performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with classification society, OEM, flag state, and ISM Code requirements regarding maintenance documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users (e.g., engineers, technicians, crew) on the use of the PMS.
- Implement improvements to maintenance strategies and workflows within the system.
- Maintain records of spare parts, inventory, and critical spares as per PMS standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to technical operations and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marine engineering field.
- Minimum 1- 3 years of relevant experience in PMS operations, preferably in the maritime sectors.
- Hands-on experience with PMS software.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISM, IMO, SOLAS, and class rules (for maritime roles).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior seagoing experience (for maritime sector).
- Knowledge of CMMS or ERP integration.
- Experience in data migration, software implementation, or PMS system upgrades.
