**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Management**:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
- Verify and tally delivery challans, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of construction materials.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels using software or manual logs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of materials.
- Report shortages, overages, and damaged materials to the concerned authority.
- **Issuing Materials**:

- Issue materials to site engineers/supervisors as per requisition slips.
- Maintain issue registers and get acknowledgements from users.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material consumption reports.
- Maintain documentation such as GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), and stock registers.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the purchase department for material procurement.
- Liaise with transporters and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures in material handling.
- Prevent theft, loss, and damage to materials through proper storage and security.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
