**Stores Executive - Udaipur**

We are looking for a diligent and organized Stores Executive to join our team

**The Stores Executive** will be responsible for managing the inventory of materials, overseeing procurement, storage, distribution, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the smooth flow of materials and supplies for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an updated inventory of construction materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
- **Procurement**: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials as per project requirements, obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Receipt and Inspection**: Receive incoming materials, conduct quality checks, and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.
- **Storage and Organization**:Organize and store materials in a systematic manner, optimizing space utilization and ensuring easy accessibility.
- **Distribution**:Coordinate the distribution of materials to various work sites as needed, keeping track of material movement and usage.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers. Keep records accurate for audit purposes.
- **Reordering**:Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering of materials in a timely manner to avoid shortages and disruptions.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that materials meet required quality standards and report any discrepancies or quality issues to the appropriate teams.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on inventory status, consumption, and procurement activities for management review.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Stores Executive, Inventory Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Additional Information**:

- Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
