**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: Ashok Nagar, Udaipur
**Department**: Purchase
**Reports To**: Director

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- **Procurement Process**: Execute procurement strategies, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize costs.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to track stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Cost Optimization**: Analyze purchasing trends, negotiate cost savings, and ensure procurement activities align with budgetary guidelines.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect and ensure received goods meet company standards.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, new suppliers, and market pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments like production, finance, and logistics to streamline procurement processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Experience in Scientific Industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Scientific Industry
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)
