**Job Profile**
- 1. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- 2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- 3. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
- 4. Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- 5. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- 6. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- 7. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- 8. Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals.
- 9. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- 10. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

The above list is not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of this role.

**Experience**

1-2 years’ experience in a similar position

**Annual Salary CTC**

10000 to 12000. but higher salary can be considered on merits

**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in a related field
