**Job Summary**
- Monitoring & Management of Inventory Control.
- Receiving of Incoming Materials after verification of Specifications & Qty. as per P.O.
- Receiving all Construction Material-Cement, Sand, Aggregate, Reinforcement, Structural Steel, Fittings and Fixtures
- Maintaining Material Inward Register, out ward Register, Fixed Assets Register & Stock Ledgers of all Major Material & Consumables.
- Preservation of Materials.
- Maintain of FIFO System.
- Maintaining Counter issue record.
- Issuing of Materials on Work order basis.
- Preparation of Debit notes for Material Issued to Sub Contractors/ Contractor
- Conducting Physical Verification of Major Materials, on Monthly/BiMonthly basis.
- Physical Verification of various materials during Un Loading

**On Job Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum BCom / MCom

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
