Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and filing systems.
- Coordinate with the sales, installation, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records, including invoices, purchase orders, and employee attendance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with basic service coordination.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
