About Us Sumraj Urja is an authorized franchise partner of Waaree Energies Limited and a registered vendor under the PM Suryaghar Yojana delivering solar energy solutions across Balasore and Mayurbhanj districts ImmigroTech is a tech-enabled visa and immigration consultancy offering end-to-end assistance for global visa applications with a focus on customer-centric digitally-driven solutions Key Responsibilities Accounting Finance Sumraj Urja immigroTech Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ledgers for both businesses Prepare and manage invoices bills receipts and payments Reconcile bank statements track expenses and manage petty cash Assist with GST filing TDS and other statutory compliance Coordinate with CA firms for audit and taxation matters Maintain financial documentation for government schemes e g PM Suryaghar Office Administration Support Handle documentation filing physical and digital and record-keeping Assist in scheduling appointments meetings and follow-ups with clients vendors Coordinate courier dispatches office supplies and utilities Manage internal communication and documentation related to client visa cases ImmigroTech Client Coordination Assist customers in submitting required documents for visa or solar project processing Respond to client calls and messages professionally and maintain updates in system Coordinate with vendors banks and government portals as needed Maintain CRM database for both solar and immigration clients Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration or related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative role Proficient in MS Office Excel Word and accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books Basic knowledge of GST invoicing and financial reconciliation Good communication skills written verbal in English Hindi and Odia preferred Ability to multi-task across solar and immigration verticals What We Offer Opportunity to work in a dynamic dual-sector business Renewable Energy Global Mobility Growth opportunities across verticals Collaborative work culture and skill development Competitive salary based on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Experience Accounting 3 years Preferred
