Job Opening Accounts cum Purchase Officer - Yelagiri Resort We are hiring an experienced and responsible Accounts cum Purchase Officer for our resort in Yelagiri Perks Food and accommodation will be provided Key Responsibilities Accounts Maintain daily accounts and update financial records Handle petty cash and expense tracking Prepare and manage invoices bills and receipts Assist in monthly closing and preparing financial reports Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards Purchase Manage procurement of goods and services for resort operations Source vendors obtain quotations and negotiate pricing Maintain purchase records and stock inventory Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage stock levels Coordinate with kitchen housekeeping and other departments for supply needs Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and purchasing experience in hospitality sector preferred Knowledge of accounting software Tally MS Excel etc Strong negotiation organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Location Yelagiri Accommodation Meals Provided by the resort Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
