Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator

/ Part-time / Contract (Choose as applicable)

Location: Balasor / Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases and systems with utmost accuracy.

Check, identify, reconcile, and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.

Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as demanded.

Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Backup data regularly to prevent data loss.

Generate reports and assists ad-hoc duties as required.

Operate office equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers.

Respond to any queries and provide assistance as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; less education but additional computer training would be a plus.

In-depth experience as Data Entry Operator, Computer Operator, or the likes.

Fast typing skills necessitating attention to detail and great accuracy.

Good command of English, both written and in oral communication.

Well-organized and good time manager.

Able to handle confidential information with due understanding.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of office duties and administrative procedures.

Well versed with database systems (for example MS Access and ERP software).

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Working Conditions:
In the office environment / Remote work, depending on company policy.

Where work involves sitting for long hours and may involve the use of computer systems.

Pay: ₹19,082.75 - ₹34,247.77 per month
