CNC Programmer Operator

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sets-up lathes by installing and adjusting three
- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments
- Set up and calibrate VMC machines, ensuring proper alignment and tooling for efficient and accurate production runs
- Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to translate design specifications into machine instructions
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and tooling for efficient and accurate production runs
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for students on CNC Machine operation and programming
- Operate and program CNC Machines to produce precision components as per design specifications and quality standards

**Basic Qualification required-**
- Must have operated “FANUC Series Oi” Controller
- Should be able to study the “2D Engineering Drawings”
- Must have knowledge in “Manufacturing Process Planning”.
