**Job Purpose**
- Managing transactions at wholesale banking operations / CAD and review and reduce pain areas and improvise TAT of processing, MIS, presentations and calls to Business teams.
- **Job Responsibilities(JR)**
- Transaction support desk _
- Supporting line team for smooth transaction processing
- Review of Processes and Initiative for process improvement
- Trainings / calling RMs to take Feedback and discuss the case to case discrepancies
- Support and meeting with business ,line team and local CAD.
- Process related automation / Automation initiatives
- MIS and reporting.
- Solution provider for Cad transaction processing ,
- Resolution of business queries and services through digital Platform
- Audit and Compliance- To review the audit reports
- To ensure comprehensive compliance reverts
- Automation initiatives basis audit observations
- To ensure end to end closure of compliance to audit observations
- To conduct Root cause analysis of audit observation for reducing the discrepancies
- Follow up with line team, review and submission of audit reverts as and when required

**Educational Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Post graduate

**Key Skills
- Knowledge of wholesale banking operations processes and knowledge of facilities and documentation
