**Role Summary**

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven **Branding & Marketing Executive** to lead the brand presence and marketing communications of our events. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive ticket sales, attract sponsors, and build a strong brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Strategy**: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual and verbal identity for all events.
- **Creative Development**: Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver marketing collateral (brochures, decks, banners, videos).
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage and optimize digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and lead generation.
- **Content Coordination**: Curate and coordinate thought leadership content, speaker highlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes promos.
- **Audience Engagement**: Run pre-event countdowns, influencer collaborations, and on-ground branding experiences.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, and ticket sales.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with sales, sponsorship, and event operations teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
- **Vendor & Agency Liaison**: Manage external partners for printing, video production, PR, or media buying.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the event, startup, or media industry.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content planning, and digital campaign management.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of marketing metrics.
- Passion for events, brand building, and creative execution.
