**Key Responsibilities:Diagnostic Testing & Patient Care**:

- Perform **ECG (Electrocardiogram)**, **Echocardiography**, **TMT (Treadmill Test)**, **Holter Monitoring**, and other cardiac investigations.
- Assist in **Cardiac Catheterization**, **Angiography**, **Angioplasty**, **Pacemaker implantation**, and other invasive procedures.
- Prepare patients for cardiac tests and explain procedures clearly to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Maintain equipment hygiene and adhere to infection control standards.

**Equipment Handling & Maintenance**:

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain all cardiac diagnostic and monitoring equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements promptly to biomedical or technical teams.
- Ensure readiness of cardiac diagnostic areas and cath lab before procedures.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Record and maintain accurate patient data, test results, and procedural notes.
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports to cardiologists for diagnosis and interpretation.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policy.

**Quality & Safety**:

- Follow all hospital protocols for patient safety and radiation protection.
- Comply with quality assurance programs and participate in periodic audits.
- Support continuous improvement and training initiatives in the cardiology department.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Cardiac Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- **Preferred**: Advanced Diploma or Certification in Cardiac Care Technology.
- **Experience**:

- 0-3 years (for entry-level) or 3-5 years (for experienced positions) in a hospital or cardiac diagnostic center.
- **Certifications**:

- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic techniques.
- Proficiency in operating ECG, Echo, TMT, Holter, and Cath Lab equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
