**Job Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic **Telemarketing Executives** to join our Rajkot office. The role involves generating leads, following up with potential clients, and contributing to sales growth through effective tele-calling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the construction and building materials sector.
- Explain product details and benefits to prospective clients.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings for the sales team, and maintain follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Support sales targets through effective tele-campaigns.
- Provide market feedback and contribute to improving customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telesales (Building materials or construction sector preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to handle outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead generation.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining call records.
