Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for driving B2C sales for diagnostic services through doctor tie-ups, medical camps, and direct consumer engagement. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, organizing outreach activities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate B2C leads and drive sales for diagnostic tests and packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and local healthcare partners.
- Plan, organize, and execute diagnostic camps and community health check-up drives.
- Conduct field visits to promote diagnostic services and increase footfall.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and conversion of leads.
- Achieve monthly revenue and target goals.
- Maintain daily activity reports and share insights with the sales manager.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Science or Marketing background preferred).
- 1-3 years of field sales experience in diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits and camp setups.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
