**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Back Office Coordinator** to manage administrative and support tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires good communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle data entry, documentation, and filing tasks.
- Coordinate with front office and internal departments to support operations.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
