**Responsibilities**
- ** Tech Innovator**: Master our affiliate technology suite, blending your skills to provide top-tier support and guidance to our internal account teams.
- **Collaborative Partner**: Work alongside teams in Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development to streamline operations and drive process efficiencies.
- **Campaign Support Specialist**: Offer essential support in affiliate marketing campaigns, managing everything from asset management to communication and performance tracking.
- **Report Creator**: Prepare and manage reports to support campaign execution and track performance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Solutions Advocate**: Foster and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships. Provide troubleshooting support and share best practices for program and technology management.
- **Documentation Contributor**: Help in creating and updating client support documentation to enhance team resources and client experience.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery.
- Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 1.5-2.5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) a plus.
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts, such as basic HTML knowledge
- High capacity for problem-solving with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
