**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our eLearning business. If you have experience in managing digital campaigns, SEO, content creation, and social media, we’d like you to join our team. You’ll work with business development to increase website traffic, boost engagement, and generate leads.

Ø Creates, builds, and oversees our social media presence.

Ø Monitors and analyzes the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Ø Identifies trends and insights to optimize budget and campaign performance.

Ø Generates new and innovative growth strategies in digital marketing.

Ø Plans, implements, and evaluates experiments and conversion tests.

Ø Works with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.

Ø Leverages analytical skills to assess customer experience across channels and touchpoints.

Ø Identifies key conversion and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.

Ø Collaborates with agencies and external partners.

Ø Evaluates and considers the adoption of emerging technologies, providing thought leadership where applicable.

Desired Profile

Ø Must have strong experience across various digital marketing platforms.

Ø Proficient in designing and editing posts and reels for multiple platforms, with expertise in content creation as well as experience with Google Ads and Analytics.

Ø Should have extensive knowledge in lead generation and follow-up processes.

**Skills**:SEO, SEM, Campaign Management, Content marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
