1. To comply with all the statutory duties of Geologist as per Rule 56 of MCDR’2017.

2. Able to understand and comply with all the Environment Clearance, CTO, CTE, Pollution Control Board

and Central Ground Water License Conditions.

3. Should have knowledge of Preparation of Mining Plan and Geological Mapping of the Area. Understanding

of Lower Vindhyan Group Geology Preferred.

4. Experience of managing exploration of the mining lease, sample preparation and analysis & Drone

Survey as per the IBM requirement.

5. Proficiency of working in Surpac and Autocad.

6. Good Understanding of Mines Limestone Borehole Quality to feed cement plant as per the requirement.

7. Experience in filling of returns related to IBM and DGMS.

8. Safety & Environment: Ensure proper implementation of procedures under statutory act to create safe

working and pollution free environment

9. Cost & Productivity: Monitor cost & productivity parameter and maintain within budget.

10. People Management: Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective training of workmen to

improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize in the unit

**Professional Qualifications: Msc (Geology) or Equivalent**

**Essential: Msc (Geology) or Equivalent**

**Preferably: Msc (Geology) or Equivalent + First Class Mines Manager Certificate(R)**

**Professional Experience (specify range in years): Minimum 5 years’ experience in Open cast Mining.**

**Qualifications**:
Graduate

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years
