**Job Description: Customer Service/Collections Specialist**
**Company**: Leading BPO in Mumbai/Thane
**Location**: Mumbai, Thane
**Shift Timings**: 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM
**Work Schedule**: 2 rotational week offs
**Transport Services**:
- Centralized pick-up and home drop
- Transport reimbursement for Mumbai location.
**Required Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international debt collection, customer service, sales, retention, medical billing, or accounts receivable.
- Experience with 3rd Party/Debt Buyers/1st Party Collection is highly preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
