**Job Summary**

We are hiring a **Customer Support Executive (Call Support)** who will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet support performance targets.

**Required Qualifications**
- Graduate/Undergraduate with **0-2 years of experience** in customer support or call center (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English & Hindi**.
- Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
