**Role Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor - Night Shift to oversee daily
operations, lead a growing team, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services in
alignment with client expectations and internal standards. This role is essential to maintain
team productivity, resolve escalations, and drive operational improvements across our real
estate and data processing functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of specialists handling real estate appraisal

and data processing tasks.
- Monitor team performance, ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs, and conduct

regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment with a focus on

continuous improvement and accountability.

**2. Shift Management**:

- Manage daily PM shift operations, ensuring adequate staffing, task delegation, and workflow management.
- Handle shift planning, attendance tracking, and resolve any personnel issues in a timely manner.
- Act as the point of contact for all escalations during the PM shift.

**3. Process Oversight and Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Review completed tasks for quality, accuracy, and timeliness; implement corrective measures where needed.
- Coordinate closely with the QA and Fulfilments teams to align on quality benchmarks and reporting.

**4. Client and Stakeholder Communication**
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and management

to provide updates, resolve concerns, and align on expectations.
- Support audit requirements, client queries, and real-time issue resolution as

required during shift hours.

**5. Training and Development**:

- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching or recommend training for team members.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the team.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate shift logs, performance reports, and incident records.
- Analyze operational data to generate insights and assist in strategic planning.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within BPO or real estate operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in Night shift hours.
- Prior experience with performance management, shift coordination, and client communication.
- Familiarity with appraisal, property data, or valuation processes is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
