**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and suppliers.
- Oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve logistics and supply chain processes.
- Analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Address and resolve any logistics issues or delays, including transportation problems, customs clearance challenges, or vendor disputes.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.
- Use data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications and Skills required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
- Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mind set and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
