Clever Minds TechSol LLP. is seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create compelling and dynamic motion graphics for a variety of media, including websites, promotional materials, and social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce engaging motion graphics across diverse media channels, collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and animate visual ideas.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to maintain brand consistency and produce high-quality motion graphics.
- Stay updated on emerging technology, animation styles, and design trends to enhance the brand's visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions within deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Proven success in motion graphic design or related roles.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design concepts.
- Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively and thrive in a team environment.
- Keen eye for design aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in animation, graphic design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of motion graphic design experience required.
- Skills of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw.

Proficiency:

- Proficiency in 2D or 3D animation techniques.
- Familiarity with post-production and video editing techniques.
- Knowledge of multimedia systems' requirements and features.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
