**Job Title**: Motion Graphics Designer
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Salary Range**: ₹4,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum

From conceptualization to final delivery, we offer end-to-end animation services, working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create 2D and 3D Motion Graphics**: Design and animate engaging video content, including animated UI and visual effects.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the creative and production teams to bring animation concepts and storylines to life.
- **Storyboard and Script**: Assist in creating storyboards and scripts for animations, ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives and brand voice.
- **Refine and Edit**: Review and adjust animations based on client feedback to ensure the final product meets the desired quality and vision.
- **UI Animation**: Focus on creating smooth and engaging animated user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up with design trends and explore new tools and techniques to enhance animation quality.
- **Maintain Brand Consistency**: Ensure all animations are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and messaging.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-7 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, and video production.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in **2D and 3D motion graphics** and animation.
- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, and other animation software**.
- Strong understanding of **UI animation** for digital platforms.
- Excellent creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience working on **Web3-related** animation projects is a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Communication**: Proficient in English (average communication skills required).
- **Education**: A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not required.
