**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Prospecting and Qualification:
- Engage in first-level conversations with CXOs to prospect and qualify leads
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products or services to create interest and qualify leads
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transfer qualified opportunities for further development
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and updates related to our products or services
- Effectively communicate product value and differentiation to potential clients
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Metrics and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and conversion targets
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement
**Qualification Criteria (Skills)**:
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with CXOs and build meaningful relationships through first-level conversations
Motivated to Work in a Target-Driven Setup:
- Proven experience in working in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience of 1-2 years with Corporate Event Management Companies organizing summits etc. working in Delegate Acquisition or Sponsorship Roles
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in relevant marketing platforms
- Experience in B2B marketing/ Inside Sales
- Familiarity with the technology or SaaS industry
