**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Equipment**: Efficiently operate CNC, VMC, lathe, vertical milling machines, furnaces, and surface finishing equipment to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts.
- **Vendor & Outsourcing Management**: Support vendor coordination for outsourced components, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- **Quality Control**: Perform inspections to maintain high standards of precision and quality.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions to ensure smooth operations.
- **CAD Software Proficiency**: Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to interpret and work with blueprints, sketches, and 3D models for accurate part fabrication.
- **Data Recording & Communication**: Maintain detailed records of production processes and communicate results to team members.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years working with various manufacturing machines, particularly in high-precision industries.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in operating lathe, milling machines, CNC, and VMC machining centers.
- **CAD Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for interpreting and executing design specifications.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of computer usage for data entry and machine operation.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring the quality of outsourced components is preferred.
