NJ Capital, a registered Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC), operates the retail lending arm of the NJ Group. The company endeavours to fulfil the credit requirements of its clients by providing them innovative loan products at an affordable cost, thereby enabling the group to be a one stop shop providing for all their financial needs.

Position - Loan Operations

Location - Udhana, Surat

Job Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-disbursement checks of documents and system entries to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone.
- Conduct feedback calls with customers to gather insights on their experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential problems to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,800.00 per month
