**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Tendering**:

- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed tender submissions including bills of quantities, rates, and pricing strategies.
- Liaise with estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain accurate quotations.
- Conduct tender risk analysis and ensure compliance with procurement procedures and contract requirements.
- Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Maintain tender tracking schedules and records.

**Budgeting**:

- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost plans and budgets during the pre-construction phase.
- Provide cost advice and value engineering input to design and planning teams.
- Monitor and update budgets in line with design development or client changes.
- Benchmark project costs using historical data and current market trends.
- Ensure all budgets are aligned with client expectations and company margins.

**General QS Duties**:

- Support project handover from pre-contract to delivery teams.
- Assist in subcontractor procurement strategy and early engagement.
- Prepare and maintain cost databases and standard pricing tools.
- Provide financial input for feasibility studies and development appraisals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
