We are looking for an urgently needed experienced Digital IT Technologist with a broad range of Experience and skills in a Digital delivery environment. We are a growing consultancy with an expanding list of Blue-Chip clients. We are looking for an energetic and motivated IT professional to join our team to meet immediate demand.

**Job Summary**
- You are required to drive the technical innovations and will work with the in-house and 3rd party digital teams to plan, scale, and pilot projects to connect with consumers through digital channels
- You will know FMCG, Big Brand Marketing Technology, Marketing Functions, and IT and be aware of global projects.
- You will work with the brand teams, central and in-market stakeholders, and global platform teams to audit, scope, and deliver projects on time and in full.
- You should put the consumer first - understand their needs and utilize technology to connect with the consumer to drive our client's ambitions to be a data-driven marketing company.
- Core to the innovations delivered is to build purpose-led moments which utilize the technical capabilities to deliver these stories most engagingly and effectively.
- You will need to identify what capabilities exist and where development or third-party engagement will be required to deliver the ambition.
- You should have an external view of the world, an awareness of new and emerging technologies, and engage with relevant third parties who are experts in their field.

**Key Requirements**

**- You should have a working knowledge of the Adobe stack of web programs, including AEM, Target, Audience Manager**

**- You should understand GDPR law, and its rules and regulations**

**- Demonstrable Ability to select the most appropriate methodology to uncover product strategy-level questions, usability issues, and innovation requirements**

**- Ability to consolidate, document, and present research findings, often from multiple sources, in short, concise, actionable, compelling stories to large audiences**

**- Experience with stakeholder management and the Ability to schedule and manage multiple projects, including working with outside vendors where required**

**- Strong organizational skills, Ability to act independently and meet tight deadlines**

**- Proven ability to manage multiple agencies or organizations to reach digital goals**

**- Knowledge of good practice around website usability, maintainability, and accessibility**

**- An outstanding communicator, relationship builder, and influencer, capable of working effectively with counterparts, of all work levels, across the world**

**- Self-starting and able to make significant progress quickly while maintaining strong communications**

**- An appreciation of the usage of digital tools and metrics**

**- Must work within tight timelines and budgets, holding all parties accountable to ensure smooth delivery of projects OTIF.**

**You will be the internal IT consultant for Global Brands, driving the development of digital strategies, platforms, and their deployment in a digital environment. The role is positioned to be in the critical space between the technology teams and the brand teams. You will work to ensure the brand's strategic, tactical and operational objectives are met by providing a complete understanding of the technical landscape available to them. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with internal stakeholders, including CMI, Media, eCommerce, Brand, and Divisional teams, and forging partnerships with external Digital partners.**

**You will work to ensure standards are understood and complied with and that the correct direction is followed with the selection and implementation of technology with approved technology delivery partners. You will report to the European IT Engagement Lead for Digital and will be required to build strong relationships with the brand teams. You will be the trusted IT advis
