Job description

Job requirements and responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including

social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute localized marketing

plans and initiatives to drive admissions
- Collaborate with relevant departments to create & promote school events,

workshops, and programs to drive walk-ins
- Work with the marketing and school teams to enhance outreach with parents,

alumni and community partners and foster strong relationships.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend

changes.
- Support school's social media profile activity across Facebook & Instagram.
- Co-ordinate and manage marketing requirements including on-site branding,

marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital graphics
- Continuously brainstorm and propose new ideas to drive brand awareness and

increase walk-ins.

Qualification:

- Master/ bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong communication skills and eye for detail
- Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem solving skills

**Salary**: ₹305,000.00 - ₹405,000.00 per year
