**Sales Representative - Organic Incense Sticks (Mumbai Metropolitan Region)**
We're looking for a highly motivated and persuasive **Sales Representative** to introduce our new line of chemical-free incense sticks - **VATSI Natural Dhoop** to organic food retailers across **Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Thane**. In this role, you'll be instrumental in establishing our brand presence and driving sales within this niche market.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Market Penetration**: Identify and visit organic food stores, health food shops, and other relevant retailers within the assigned territory (Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Thane) to introduce our chemical-free incense sticks.
- **Product Presentation**: Effectively present the unique selling propositions of our chemical-free incense sticks, highlighting their benefits, quality, and alignment with the organic consumer market.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers to secure initial product placement.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Persuade retailers to stock our products, negotiate favorable terms, and secure initial orders.
- **Follow-up & Replenishment**: Conduct regular follow-ups with retailers to monitor sales performance, address any concerns, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather feedback from retailers regarding product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform future sales and marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG, organic products, or retail sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape of Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Thane is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and communication.
