**Social Media Designer Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design and create original, high-quality visual content for social media, including static graphics, infographics, animations, videos, GIFs, and interactive elements.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains a consistent aesthetic, and effectively communicates the brand message.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, social media managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop campaigns, and ensure cohesive execution of visual concepts.
- **Platform Optimization**: Adapt designs for different social media platforms, optimizing content for specific dimensions, formats, and audience behaviors.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, templates, and design files for efficient workflow.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of visual content and utilize insights to inform future design strategies and improve engagement metrics.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Experience**: Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Social Media Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant social media design work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in industry-standard softwares - Canva, CapCut etc.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for creating engaging content.
- **Creativity and Aesthetics**: Exceptional visual eye, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Ability to effectively present design concepts and incorporate feedback.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and requirements, and to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- **Operating Camera**:Knowledge of operating DSLR, mobile camera for content creation will be preferred.
