**Job Title**: Customer Relations Executive
**Location**: Kakkanad
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year as a CRM Executive, preferably in the automobile industry
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Customer Relationships**:
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs effectively.
- **Support Sales Operations**:
- Assist the sales team by providing customer insights and following up on leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customers receive accurate information about products and services.
- **Oversee CRM Data and Reporting**:
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels to aid in decision-making.
- **Enhance Customer Satisfaction**:
- Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and provide recommendations.
- Implement customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance satisfaction levels.
- **Coordinate Post-Sales Follow-up**:
- Conduct follow-ups with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement activities and events.
- **Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams**:
- Work with the sales, service, and marketing teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Support the development of customer-centric processes and strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
