Currently, 50 franchises are successfully operating across the UK, delivering exceptional service and redefining grocery delivery.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Franchise Sales Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in the expansion of Flash Delivery's franchise network in the United Kingdom. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential franchise partners across the United Kingdom.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and franchise opportunities in target regions.
- Support the sales team in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and franchise agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential to cater to the UK market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and communicate effectively with prospective franchisees.
- Sales Enthusiasm: A genuine interest and enthusiasm for sales with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
- Experience: Previous training or internship experience in sales is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to sales strategies.
