- Analyse RFPs to understand the client's requirements and needs
- Write and develop high-quality proposals in response to RFPs
- Create and maintain a proposal library to ensure the efficient use of information for future RFP responses
- Work with sales and business development teams to ensure proposals are tailored to meet client needs and requirements
- Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines
- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure quality and accuracy
- Continuously improve the proposal development process and procedures

**_Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in RFP writing or a similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality work
- Familiarity with proposal development best practices and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software tool
