About the Job:
StarClinch is on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, reach out to potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful business deals. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, confident in making calls, and passionate about the entertainment industry. If you're an artist, such as a singer, live band member, or comedian looking for a full-time role, this could be a perfect fit.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Conversion: Pitch StarClinch’s offerings, negotiate terms, and convert inquiries into business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
Pipeline Management: Meet and exceed assigned targets, consistently contributing to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
CRM Mastery: Use and become an expert in StarClinch’s CRM system to track interactions and improve customer experience.
**Requirements**:
Industry Experience: Background in the event industry or artist management space is essential.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal skills with a knack for closing deals; must be engaging and adaptable.
Proactive & Energetic: Must be eager to make calls without hesitation, stay on top of leads, and work towards closing deals.
Networking Skills: Confident in breaking the ice, building connections, and engaging in industry-related social events.
Goal-Oriented: Able to prioritize and meet targets and KPIs as assigned, with flexibility to shift tasks as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
