**Front Desk Executive** is the face of the organization, responsible for managing the reception area and providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. This role involves handling incoming calls, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- **Communication Handling**:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document management.
- **Coordination and Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact between the organization and visitors.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication and workflow.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address visitor concerns and queries courteously and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- **Security and Compliance**:
- Monitor and ensure the security of the premises by keeping track of visitor movements.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
